Who We Are

Liz Molitor. Managing Member.

After 20 years experience as a salon owner and educator in Eastern Washington, Liz Molitor left the salon industry to join Ridge2River Construction as the managing member. Since 2016, Liz has taken an active lead in the company. Combining her leadership skills with a handful of seasoned construction professionals to position the company for exponential growth and success.

Her company specializes in Federal contracting. Working on projects with the Bureau of Reclamation, Department of the Interior, and the Department of Agriculture. All her projects have a 100% compliance rating, and have been safely and effectively completed on time, all while staying on or under budget.

Liz, is a self taught entrepreneur who has attended countless seminars and classes on business management and leadership. She’s constantly reading construction journals to expand her scope of knowledge, as well as collaborating with other like minded professionals to insure the success of her company.

Molitor, is a tribal member of the Cherokee Nation and is an active volunteer in her community, giving her time at her local church and various school activities. She believes it an honor to serve locally, and her community at large, and has an ongoing responsibility to pay it forward.
